Professor Leonardo Mataruna attended the 17th edition of the International Congress SM Fitness and Wellness in Rio de Janeiro. The event will took place on September 4th and 6th. Many students and professionals of PE followed Dr Mataruna`s presentation, as well as of the keynote speakers at the event: Dr Ian Brittain and Dr Renan Petersen, both from Coventry University (UK).
In the opening lecture, the topic addressed by the researchers was the “Mega Events in Rio de Janeiro: Challenges and opportunities for physical education professional.” Take a look in the image gallery above.
