Dr Leonardo Mataruna joined to important scholar colleagues, such as the journalist Nada Abdalmajeed Alshaibani, a researcher Mohammed Sayeed Khan and A professor Asli Cazorla Milla to produce the book chapter called “Exploring the United Arab Emirate’s Dynamic Sports Scene for Women”. The book edited by Rosa D’Amico, Maryam Jahromi and Maria Luiza Guinto named “Women and Sport in Asia” is a promotion of the gender equality motivated by the International Association of Physical Education and Sport for Girls and Women (IAPESGW).
